Fizzy Waters - Summer Spritzers - Mocktails With Club Soda

Writer's picture: Jamie RoseJamie Rose

Serving Size - One Glass

In the summer, it often feels majestic to sit on your patio enjoying the scenery with an alcoholic beverage. However, alcohol is very inflammatory. I found that just 1-2 alcoholic drinks will have my body feeling many symptoms of inflammation for days. At my age, I no longer enjoy how this makes me feel that night or the next day. In order to curb my want for an alcoholic beverage, I've decided to make mocktails or fruity fizzy water drinks. I hope you enjoy the variety of flavors with a zing of carbonation. These drinks will leave you feeling refreshed and vitalized. Nothing says late-30s like enjoying your favorite mocktail on your patio. I'm embracing my age and mocktails because it just feels good to me!
